Haul masonry blocks across the desert, train at the gym, and work together with the rest of your public server to construct a 171,700-block ancient monument. This is Janitors Studios' 2026 title — not the older The Pyramid puzzle.

Pick up blocks at the quarry, run them to the shared monument, and train at the gym. Treadmill trains Walk Speed; arm weights train Carry Capacity.

A whole public server builds the monument together (the server list reported 100-cap rooms on October 1, 2026 and 50-cap rooms on September 29, 2026). Reaching 171,700 blocks completes the pyramid, unlocks the 2x Gym multiplier tier, and opens 3 interior chambers.
Monument roadmap22 Codes Listed (9 studio-posted)
9 were written as code posts in the studio's own Discord, which also prints PETS and HALLOWEEN inside its update notes — the three newest arrived with Update 5.0 and its hotfix on October 24–25, 2026. The rest were read in game: the codes panel, and the coffin at the end of the Gravekeeper's Maze, which prints MAZERUNNER. Some carry a cap on how many players can claim them, and one (SUNGOD) carries an expiry the studio published, so a listed code can already be spent.

Confirm You Are in Build the Pyramid!
Make sure you are playing the Janitors Studios cooperative simulator where a whole server builds one monument (place 123720558354386), not older single-player puzzle or tycoon titles.
Claim the Free Gift: 1,500 Speed and 1,500 Strength
A FREE GIFT window offers 1,500 Speed plus 1,500 Strength for three one-time actions: liking the game, favouriting it, and joining the Janitors Studios group. That is the largest single early boost in the game, so take it before grinding. Observed in post-update footage (September 19, 2026) — confirm the window still appears before counting on it.
Haul Your First Quarry Blocks
Run to the stone supply area, click "Block Pick Up" to grab a block, and run to the rising pyramid foundation to deposit it.
Train Arm Strength for Capacity
Head to the gym beside the site. Prioritize Arm Strength training so your carry capacity increases from 1 block to 4, and eventually 10-11 blocks per trip.
Train Walk Speed on the Treadmill
Jump onto the treadmill to raise your Walk Speed (28 → 35+), drastically cutting traversal time between the quarry and the pyramid.
Complete Pyramids to Unlock Multipliers
Once the server reaches 171,700 blocks, your first completed pyramid unlocks the 2x Gym tier. The ladder keeps climbing: 3, 8, 15, 25, 50 and 100 completed pyramids unlock 5x, 10x, 25x, 50x, 75x and 100x in that order.
